Today I want to talk to you about sitting for ideas. It seems like a lost artform with the world being

as busy as it is. Most people don’t have time to sit much less for ideas.  Henry Ford made it

mandatory to sit for ideas. He actually paid his workers to stop what they were doing and just

think. This is a great technique that pays off. You might think that you don’t have time to sit for

ideas but in reality you can’t afford not to. You should find some time to just sit even just for thrity

minutes a day. I normally sit for ideas in complete silence early in the morning.  I get up one hour

earlier than my family and sit in total silence for thirty minutes and read a book for the other half

hour. I get some of my best ideas just sitting in complete silence. Maybe you don’t have extra time

in the morning, well most people either have or take a thirty minute to an hour time frame for

lunch that is the perfect time to just sit and think. I don’t think eating will distract you too much.

At first it will take you some time to develope this skill. It will seem weird at first but in time it will

become habit and you will feel weird if you don’t do it. Many of the great thinkers set and thought

just to think maybe that is why they are considered “great thinker”. This is just a quick tip to get

you started with your day. I know if you just sit for ideas they will come to you. Just start off

working your brain with a few thoughts and you will be surprised at what great ideas pop into your

mind when you take the time to think.

Sure everyone has heard about leverage. Since the days we played on the playground we have

used leverage. Everytime you was using a see-saw you were taking part in leverage. If you played

on the merry-go-round you was using leverage.  Leverage is defined as:

1. the action of a lever
2. the increased force resulting from this
3. means of accomplishing some purpose

Leverage is a very powerful business technique as well. Let us focus on the definition “means of

accomplishing some purpose”. Business Leverage comes in many forms, you can get an investor

to invest in you, you can use the bank to get a loan, you can go into business with someone else

and have them finance the venture, in network marketing you use leverage daily. Network

marketers use leverage because they get paid off the efforts of others. When you are in network

marketing, you leverage the time of others as well. Real estate investors also use leverage. They

may use banks or other people’s resources to  finance their deals. Don’t get me wrong using

leverage is not about taking advantage of people it is about making sure you help someone else

meet their goals while you meet yours.  For example, If I write an ebook about network marketing

and want to distribute it but I don’t have a mailing list I may go to an individual that has a huge

mailing list offer them a percentage of my profits and use their mailing list to promote my

product. The ebook sales and we both make money its a win win. But I didn’t have to go out and

build a huge list. Another way as a network marketer that you can easily leverage your time is

through article, blogs and video post on the different media sites. Leverage is a very important

part of business. Leverage allows you to be on the beach, in Las Vegas, and your kid’s ball games

and asleep while you still are earning a living. Corporations use leverage everyday because they

profit off of the work that others do. If a company hires an employee for eight dollars an hour they

are most likely making sixteen to twenty dollars and hour off of that employees work. They use the

employee pay them what they agree is fair compensation and make a profit. If you can realize this

power and put it to work for you then you can also create wealth with little effort. For example, I

mention we also get paid every time they recommend someone and on and on up to five layers!

best. No matter what kind of business you may have you can find some way implement leverage

If your a wrestling fan you  have most likely heard of  WWE or TNA but there is a new trend rising

fast on the internet. It’s online wrestling organizations or E-Feds. In the past people use to use

text to wrestle online but now people are using modern video game systems and games such as

WWE Smackdownvs. Raw 2010. One of the E-Feds I stumbled on recently is CWF or Created

Wrestling Federation. I have watched this programming for recent weeks and I must say the

production value is some of  best I seen out of an E-Fed. The story lines are also done very

nicely. The creator of  CWF is 22 year old Johnny Wheeler of Bakersfield California. Johnny puts

a lot of work into developing this product. He is the head writer and the promoter(match

maker). He also does all the commentary for the matches. Here is a brief summary of the CWF

The Created Wrestling Federation is back and for the first time is online exclusively on Justin.TV/CWFRage. This is an all new era of excitement as the CWF blasts the door open to virtual wrestling shows. The CWF is also what some refer to as an E-Fed. We have weekly shows every Monday at 5 PM Pacific Standard Time as are monthly Pay Per Views. If you are a wrestling, videogame, music, drama, or action fan then the CWF is just for you. knows.  Johnny Wheelers way of thinking is reminiscent of the greatest creative minds in

Pro Wrestling. The CWF storylines are completely unpredictable and you never know who or

what might be right around the corner. For a while now I have actually chose to watch it over

watching WWE Monday Night Raw. I have watched other online wrestling organizations but CWF

is the top of the line in my opinion. It all started with a vision among friends and now it is reality.

It is great to see people doing what they love. Sure the CWF is not making money at the moment

but who knows. The internet is full of great ideas and people living out their dreams. To me its

great to see Johnny and the CWF each and every week. You can check them out anytime you

5pm PCT. Also don’t forget about their big ppv coming up on December 27th to catch the big

What is the traits of a successful network marketer? People ask me this often. I think to be a network marketer you have to have many traits. Luckily most can be learned or atleast you can improve on your skills. First, a network marketer must posses a caring personality. You must care about others people’s success not just your own. If you get into to network marketing and neglect your downline the moment you sign them up you won’t have them long I can guarantee it. I have left network marketing opportunities for that reason. Network marketers also have to be understanding. All people are not on the same level especially when it comes to attraction marketing and the internet. There are still alot of people who just barely know how to check emails and thats fine. You as a leader have to realize your team members weaknesses and work with them to bring them up to a successful level. That brings me to my next trait, great leadership. If you don’t have great leadership skills no one will want to put their trust and their future into you. Leadership skills and confidence go hand in hand you have to have confidence in your ability to lead and have faith in yourself before anyone else will. You also have to be somewhat social. This business is very social. If you don’t like meeting new people and don’t learn how to talk to people you won’t have a very successful career. I know many people have a fear of talking to people face to face luckily with the new style of network marketing you don’t have to talk to many people face to face anymore. Also a good network marketer must have a positive attitude. I had problems with this at first. Seeing a positive out of a negative. If you want to succeed you can not let the negative get you down. So what if you get rejected, so what if you don’t make a six figure income your first year in the business. You have to realize what the problem is and change it.
